Bill is an energetic driving force in the renovation of downtown Neenah’s central business district and one of the founders of the nonprofit organization, Future Neenah, Inc. Paul’s development company owned, managed and refurbished many of the historical commercial buildings in Neenah’s downtown area. He also has investments and developments in real estate across the country, from Naples, Florida, throughout Wisconsin, to Tucsan, Arizona.
